Fat loss, muscle gain, recomp and competition prep from a bodybuilder who still steps on stage. In person in Woodbridge. Online anywhere.
Asking costs nothing. Tell Justin your goal and he will tell you straight whether he is the right coach for it.
Justin is a Toronto fitness coach and competitive bodybuilder based in Woodbridge, Ontario. He has stood on stage at the Toronto Pro Supershow and The Mindio Show, where the margins are unforgiving, and he spends the rest of the year on the gym floor coaching people who have never touched a barbell.
The system is the same either way. Train with intent. Eat with structure. Show up on the days it is uncomfortable.

A personalized plan for people who want professional structure without ongoing monthly coaching.
Every coaching plan includes all of this. There is no upsell later and no premium tier hiding the useful parts.
The equipment you actually have and the days you can actually train. A four-day plan is useless if you can only make three.
Set from your bodyweight, your activity and your goal, whether that is a deficit for fat loss, a surplus for size, or holding steady for a recomp. Calculated for you, not pulled off a chart.
Built around food you like and the hours you keep. The best diet is the one still running in week twelve.
Photos, weight and lifts. Justin reads the numbers and tells you what changes, so you are never guessing whether it is working.
Progress always stalls somewhere. When it does, the plan changes. You do not just get told to try harder.
Send a set, get it fixed. Most stuck lifts are a technique problem long before they are a strength problem.
What is worth your money, what is not, and what you can stop buying. Covered in Recovery and supplements.
You message the coach who writes the plan. He competes himself, so he has run every part of this on his own body first.
Not sure which program fits? Say what you are aiming for and Justin will tell you which one he would put you on, or whether you need one at all.
The three words under the logo are the whole method.
Progressive programs built around the equipment you actually have. Compound lifts first, intensity that climbs week over week, and technique that holds up when the weight gets heavy.
A personalized nutrition plan, not a generic diet. Protein, calories and timing set to your goal, then adjusted from your check-ins. Food you can keep eating for years.
Photos, weight and lifts tracked every week. When the numbers move, the plan moves with them. Nothing is left to guesswork.
The stage does not care how you feel that day. Neither does the plan. You do the work when it is inconvenient, and that is the whole reason it works.
What happens after you send the word, whichever option you pick.

DM “COACHING”. Justin asks about your goal, your week, your gym and anything that hurts.
A program and nutrition targets built around your actual schedule and equipment. Not a template with your name on it.
Train, log every lift, hit the targets. Day seven, send photos and numbers.
Every check-in moves something. Calories, volume, exercise selection. By week four the routine is yours.
Most of what gets sold to lifters does nothing. These are the few things with real evidence behind them, and Justin builds them into your plan at no extra cost.
The largest recovery lever there is, and the one people skip. Short sleep lowers training quality, raises appetite and blunts strength gains. Nothing in a bottle replaces it.
The single nutrition target with the strongest evidence for holding muscle in a deficit and building it in a surplus. Food first. Powder only to close the gap.
The most researched supplement in sport. Modest, real gains in strength and lean mass. Monohydrate is the studied form and the cheapest. No loading phase needed.
Useful before hard sessions. Keep it away from the back half of your day so it is not quietly costing you the sleep in point one.
Worth asking your doctor to test through a Canadian winter. Worth taking if the bloodwork says so, and not otherwise.
Want to know what is worth your money? Justin will go through what you are already taking, cut what is not doing anything, and tell you where the gaps are for your goal. It is part of coaching, not an upsell.
Justin coaches training and nutrition. Anything medical, including bloodwork, medication and prescriptions, is a conversation for your doctor.
